Data collected

Only data entered by the user is registered, exept for cookies needed for technical reasons (see below).

Basic club and Player data is needed in order to use the system. Since the system keeps track of who's playing and who's winning, data on those players must be registered.

Also statistics on how many games, how many wins etc. is calculated and stored in the system.

You may at any time visit the 'my page' and 'my club' pages to see what is registered about you and your club

For users directyly using the system, a valid e-mail must be used. This e-mail is primarily for identification purposes.

Note: You are free to enter nick names in place of real person names.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This is part of the authentication/data protection.

Keeping data private

Data is only visible to other users of the system, and only to players within the same club as you.

Data is never sold or otherwise given to any third party. It is only used for purposes of running tours and related features as player statistics, ranking lists etc.

The system is password protected and although no security system is 100%, the level of safety is quite high using Microsoft standards.

The system administrator will normally only access data from other clubs, if requsted by the club administrator to do so. Also accessing data on log or database level may occur in extreme cases due to bugs/system malfunction.

The system is running on a cloud service smarterasp.net. No humans related to smarterasp will access your data.

Protection agains data lose

Your club and user data is stored in a database.

Daily backups of the database prevent worst case data loss. Even with such backup procedures, no guarenties are possible. Hacking, server or database faults - however improbable - may occur.

Your right to be forgotten

If you wish, you can close your account and have your user data deleted from the system. In such cases please contact system owner/administrator andreasenclaus@gmail.com

It is recommended to only delete players in cases where the person behind those data request it, since statistics and ranking lists will be affected.
