Bugs and fixes

Data and timezone: Some minor issues with UTC vs local time on expenses.
Menu: Some menu items dimmed for no reason.
Tour list: Play button available on tours allready finished.
Account balance: Sort order not intuitive. Status: now plus at top and amounts descending
Checkboxes: Boxes were very small and labels not clickable. Status: now larger and clickable.
Menu: Items word wraping on smaller screens.
Create expense: Could register an expense not shared with anyone.
Create player: Email not registered correct, when creating new player.

The following issues are noted, but still not resolved:

Multi table tours: Still no support for moving players as players are eliminated and tables break up.
